Course Overview

This practical workshop introduces core conditioning for growing dogs, focusing on building strength, body awareness, and movement control during an important stage of development.

Suitable for puppies from 8 months onwards, the session explores how core stability supports healthy movement, reduces injury risk, and lays strong foundations for future fitness, sport, or everyday activity. Attendees will learn safe, age appropriate exercises and how to progress them confidently as puppies mature.
